Refund Policy

At Vseebox, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we’ve made our return and refund process simple and transparent for our customers in the United States.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most physical Vseebox products. To ensure a smooth process, returned items must meet specific conditions. The product should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you first received it. Additionally, all accessories, manuals, cables, and documentation should be included. Items that show signs of damage, wear, or misuse are not eligible for a return. Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, will also be required.

There are a few exceptions to this policy. Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are non-returnable, and any products that have been damaged due to customer misuse or neglect cannot be returned. Personalized or custom-made products, along with items purchased during holiday promotions or those bought at discounted prices, are also excluded from returns.

To begin the return process, simply reach out to our Customer Support team at muvontechs@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. When contacting us, please provide your order number, the name(s) of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days, providing you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please note that returns cannot be processed without an RMA number, so be sure to follow these steps before shipping your item back.

Once you’ve received your RMA number, securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable alternative, and make sure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. The return shipping address will be provided along with your RMA number.

When we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email about the status of your refund. If everything is in order, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product. The cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please contact us immediately, ideally within 7 days of receiving the item. Send us photos or videos that clearly show the issue to muvontechs@gmail.com. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for either a replacement or a full refund at no extra charge to you.

If you experience any technical issues after the 30-day return window, please refer to the Vseebox Product Warranty included with your device or available on our website for information about warranty claims. All warranty-related claims should be initiated by emailing us at muvontechs@gmail.com.

In the rare event that you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please take the following steps:

Check your original payment method or bank statement.

Contact your credit card company or payment processor, as processing times can vary.

If the issue is still unresolved, reach out to us at muvontechs@gmail.com for assistance.

We generally process refunds instead of direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product for a refund (using the steps outlined above) and place a new order for the replacement on our website. If you wish to exchange a product for reasons other than product quality issues, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges after this period.

In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a monetary refund. If this option is available, it will be clearly communicated during the return process.
