Shipping Policy
Warehouse Location:
Our warehouse is based at 99 Caven Point Road, Jersey City, New Jersey 07305, USA. From here, we manage product preparation, order processing, and shipments, ensuring that your orders are handled efficiently and delivered in a timely manner.
Processing Time:
When you place an order for an in-stock item, we aim to process it within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. If you’ve ordered a pre-order or backordered item, we clearly indicate the estimated restock and shipping dates on the product page to keep you updated. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us at muvontechs@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing the order for the best chance of making changes.
Shipping Methods & Costs:
We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs. For domestic orders within the U.S., we provide UPS Ground, which delivers in about 3-5 business days and is free for orders over $30. If you need a faster option, FedEx 2Day can deliver your order in just 2 business days, also free for orders over $30. For urgent orders, FedEx Overnight offers delivery the next business day, with no additional charge, though this option is not available for every order. Keep in mind that these delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location.
Tracking & Delivery Management:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with all the details. In case of delivery issues, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out to us within 3 days of the marked delivery date at muvontechs@gmail.com. For address changes, let us know within 1 hour of placing your order; otherwise, a $15 rerouting fee will apply once the shipment has left our warehouse.
Damaged or Missing Items:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you notice visible damage to the packaging or product, we ask that you refuse the delivery. If you accept a damaged package, please report the issue within 48 hours by emailing muvontechs@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and the tracking number. We will verify the claim and ship a replacement within 24 hours.
Holiday Shipping Schedule:
During major holidays, we have specific shipping cutoffs. For Christmas in December, the last day for Ground shipping is December 15, and for Overnight shipping, it’s December 21. For busy periods like Black Friday/Cyber Monday, we extend our processing hours to 24/7. However, please note that no shipments are processed during Labor Day or Memorial Day.
Taxes & Customs:
For all orders within the USA, any applicable duties and taxes are included in the shipping fee, so you won’t face any surprise charges upon delivery. Under agreements like Section 321 of the U.S. Tariff Act, our products are taxed upon customs clearance, and customers don’t bear additional fees or taxes.
