1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vseebox’s platform, software, hardware, and related services (referred to as the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Vseebox offers cloud-connected media storage, streaming, and content management solutions. Our Service includes a variety of offerings, such as hardware devices (e.g., Vseebox players, storage units), software (e.g., mobile/web apps, firmware, SDKs), and cloud services (e.g., data synchronization, analytics). Availability of the Service may vary depending on your location and network conditions. Additionally, beta features (labeled as "Beta" or "Pre-release") are provided "AS IS" and without warranties.
3. User Accounts & Eligibility
To use our Service, users must provide accurate registration data, such as their name, email address, and payment details. The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. Minors may only use the Service with parental supervision.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately at muvontechs@gmail.com.
4. Payment Terms
Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances: (1) hardware defects within 30 days of delivery, or (2) service outages exceeding 48 hours that are not caused by user error. To request a refund, please submit a claim to muvontechs@gmail.com with supporting evidence.
5. User Obligations & Restrictions
Users are prohibited from engaging in certain activities, including reverse-engineering or modifying Vseebox’s SDKs or firmware (customization requires formal developer status). Reselling, leasing, or otherwise commercially exploiting the Service without written consent from Vseebox is also prohibited. Additionally, users may not upload illegal content or violate third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with the Service, including software, trademarks, patents, and documentation, remains the property of Vseebox. Any suggestions or feedback you provide become our property without compensation.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS," and Vseebox disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The performance of the Service depends on third-party networks (e.g., ISPs, CDNs), for which Vseebox is not responsible.
In no event will Vseebox’s total liability exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the incident. This limitation does not apply to damages resulting from gross negligence, death, or personal injury.
8. Termination
Vseebox reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if there is a breach of these Terms, such as failure to make payments for over 30 days, or involvement in illegal activities like copyright infringement. We will provide at least 10 days’ notice before termination, unless the violation is severe.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
For U.S. users, these Terms are governed by California law, with disputes resolved in the courts located in San Francisco, California.
Please note that claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class action.
10. Amendments & Contact
Vseebox may update these Terms with 30 days' notice, either via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
